You can charge this device by using Unstable Energy to open up a portal to another dimension. *Hunters* This patch will introduce you to 2 hunters. Victor and x084-47yz. These hunters can be found in the Ground zero region and will provide you with upgrades for the Portal machine in exchange for Antimatter. - Maxing all upgrades will get you to open dimensions of level 105-111 -> 115-131 *Dimensions* Opening a portal will open up a possibility for you to travel to another dimension where the rules of our world don't apply. These dimensions will bring new challenges and rewards as well!
